Incident Management Teams (IMT)

Garner has the experience to assist public and private sector organizations in identifying threats that could impact their operations and developing effective emergency/disaster continuity programs. Incident Management starts as the smallest unit and escalates according to the complexity of the emergency.

We can manage any level of the logistical, fiscal, planning, operational, safety and resource issues related to the incident and provide supplemental Incident Management Teams for the command and control infrastructure that is required during an event.

Garner’s pre- and post-disaster services include developing or updating emergency/disaster management planning, disaster exercises, certification training and communication plans.
