As we begin the New Year, we do so with gratitude for all that we have accomplished together and even greater optimism for all that is ahead. We are humbled by the continued support of our customers, new and old.

Last year we brought two respected companies together. K-Solv and Garner Environmental Services share rich histories defined by professionals committed to helping others. We are proud of the values we share and the work ethic that unites both of our companies. This forms the core that we have begun to unify around as one stronger, more committed and unified company.

While the legacy and leadership that have always defined our companies will always remain constant, the one thing that will change is our name. We are now one company, with one vision, serving a diverse array of clients the only way we know how: the GarnerKsolv way. The synergies that exist between our two companies are evident by our similar workforces and our proximity to one another in the region and many of the clients we serve. But more than what we share today is our unwavering commitment to be even stronger together – for you. We have a bold vision of what we can uniquely deliver in the most professional way by people who are true leaders in their field.

We are genuinely excited to be able to provide a level of expertise and breadth of service that is truly unique. In the coming months, we are excited to share our new look and new stronger commitment to serving you in the most personal and professional manner. The recent devastation and hardship in our communities caused by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria again presented our people with opportunities to demonstrate why we are such a vital resource. We were proud to be there for and with so many of you, and we are committed to being ready whenever you need us. But they also reinforced the resilience of what it means to be “strong” and the importance of real relationships.
